So we had an offer on the house yesterday and after much back and forth mom accepted the offer!
Now we wait, again. August 5th is the magic date.
Anyone know of a nice, larger, modern home in our area for sale?
We packed, we moved and now we have settled in at the new house. Now the blog is a place to check in on us!

That is amazing!!! There's a nice, new house for sale on our block, but I am pretty sure that you aren't ready to move to Regina!!! It's got a walk out and a hot tub!!! Good luck with the house hunting. I know that it can be a little stressful.
