So we did put an offer on a house on Friday but the sellers were "sad" at the offer.
I guess they didn't expect the market to dip down and they seam set on getting their list price.
So we are back to looking daily at houses on MLS.
We eagerly await the daily emails (from MLS) and we are looking at a newly built house today.
